Take as directed at a panic attack’s earliest stages and it may help stop the later stages from even surfacing.
Nerve-soothing tea: Tea is often a grand remedy for many ailments and panic attacks are no exception. Curtis recommends a combination that can fortify your nervous system and help prevent attacks with a tea made from lemon balm, passiflora, skullcap, vervain and chamomile. Drinking the tea thrice a day may help provide the relief you’re seeking.
