By now you may have heard about how tapping, also referred to the Emotional Freedom Technique(EMT), is being used by many (including countless celebrities) to relieve stress and anxiety. The technique involves tapping your fingers or hand on certain acupressure points when you are feeling overwhelmed with negative emotions(such as when you are feeling panic related to emetophobia).
