Dealing with depression is enough of a challenge, but it can be even more difficult when you also suffer from panic attacks. Darren Eadie, an English soccer player, has had firsthand experience with depression and anxiety. After major setbacks in his personal and professional life, Eadie became deeply depressed. Like many people with depression, he lost interest in things he used to enjoy and stopped taking care of himself. He felt hopeless, and his relationship with his family suffered.
